What´s the process for getting started?
First you will fill the form in the contact formular and book a call. If it`s a good fit, we will have a 30m call to get to know each other. I`ll ask questions to provide you an accurate quote. Once aligned, I`ll send a proposal and contract. Sign, and we will get started!
How do we communicate?
We communicate in any way that is comfortable for you. Notion, Email, Zoom, Google Meet — whatever pushes the project to its live stage would work.
What is the revision process?
Usually, we craft the core chunks of your future website and then show them to you (screen sharing or loom), explaining all our decisions. Then, we will collect your thoughts and seek a solution until everyone (you, us, your customer and your business) is satisfied.

To do our part effectively, you'll need to fill out all questionnaires and forms in their entirety and submit all necessary materials on time and help us, help you!
Can I get a refund if I don't like the designs?
Given the high-quality standards of my work, I do not offer refunds. I am committed to ensure your complete satisfaction with my services and will make necessary adjustments to meet your requirements.
